Thanksgiving 5 of 6: Garlic Spinach

This is so simple it doesn’t need a recipe.

For a 10 ounce box of baby spinach (serves 2)…

Peel 6 cloves of garlic and thinly slice.

Put about a tablespoon of butter in a hot skillet.

Add the garlic and stir for about a minute.

Add the spinach and stir until spinach is wilted, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Serve immediately!
