I’m here to help you transform the way you eat into a happy and delicious experience, whether it’s figuring out what to eat, solving problems, or making a favorite recipe into a wholefood version.

I’m available most weekdays from 10-4 Pacific time, or by appointment.


I am dedicated to making wholefood cuisine known and available far and wide.

To that end, I would love to work with chefs and any type of food program to introduce wholefood cuisine concepts and work out menus, recipes, and logistics.

I’m also available to speak, give workshops, do cooking demonstrations, or work with professionals to create wholefood dishes for events.
